At CSixtyLabs we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase. This return policy describes your rights as a consumer and the procedure for returning products purchased through our webshop. This policy is drawn up in accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you, have physically taken possession of the product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. CSixtyLabs is not liable for loss or damage during the return shipment.
As a consumer you are responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Products that have been visibly used, damaged, or whose seal has been broken will not be accepted or will only be partially reimbursed.
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase price, including the original delivery costs (based on the standard shipping method), within 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No costs are charged to you for this refund. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the product, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the product.
