How we handle customer reviews

Last updated: 19 September 2026

Who can write a review

Only customers who have actually placed an order with us. After delivery you automatically receive an invitation by email through Trustpilot. We do not collect reviews from people who have not bought anything.

How we verify

Our invitations are sent through Trustpilot's Automatic Feedback Service. That invitation goes out automatically based on your order confirmation, and it is personal and single-use. Trustpilot marks reviews that come in this way as verified. We cannot influence that verification ourselves.

We publish everything

All reviews appear on our public Trustpilot profile, positive and negative. We cannot remove or hide reviews on Trustpilot. We can only respond publicly, and report a review to Trustpilot if it breaches their guidelines. Whether that report leads to action is decided by Trustpilot.

We do not pay for reviews

We give no discount, no free product and no other compensation of any kind in exchange for a review. Nor in exchange for a positive review.

What we ask you to write about

We expressly ask you to write about your order, the delivery, the packaging, the smell, the taste and our service. We ask you not to write about health effects. Our products are sold for research purposes and may not legally be associated with health or medical claims. We never quote reviews containing such statements in our communications.

Your data

With your review we show only your first name, the first letter of your surname and your country. Your email address is used solely to send the invitation and is not shared or used for any other purpose. You can have your review removed at any time through Trustpilot or via [email protected].
