99.9% pure buckminsterfullerene in certified organic extra-virgin olive oil
The carrier oil is certified organic extra-virgin olive oil sourced from traditional groves in southern Europe — specifically selected for its high polyphenol content and clean flavour profile. It holds EU organic certification and is cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvest.
The C60 fullerene is produced via arc-discharge sublimation — the established method for obtaining high-purity C60 — and purified to 99.9% with full absence of solvents confirmed by HPLC analysis.
C60 is dissolved into the olive oil under an inert argon atmosphere to prevent oxidation during the mixing process. The dissolution protocol involves continuous stirring at controlled temperature over an extended period (minimum two weeks) to ensure complete, even distribution throughout the oil.
The final product is filtered and bottled into UV-protective black glass to preserve stability. No heat, no solvents, no shortcuts.
Extra-virgin olive oil contains hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives — phenolic compounds with an authorised antioxidant claim under Commission Regulation (EU) No 432/2012. A daily intake of 20g of EVOO providing at least 5mg of these polyphenols is associated with protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress.
C60 fullerene has been the subject of ongoing scientific research since the Baati et al. (2012) study. We encourage you to review the research in our Science Library.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required but may extend shelf life. Keep the bottle tightly sealed when not in use. Shelf life: 18 months from production date.
Research protocol guidance: For those using this product in the context of personal wellness research, the Baati study protocol used oral administration in olive oil. We do not prescribe dosage. Users typically reference published research for context. This product can also be used topically.
